With over a decade of senior management experience in civil construction, we’ve carried strong planning, risk and cost disciplines into our residential investments and value‑add projects, growing our portfolio through these transferable skills, systems and the connections we’ve built in the residential space. I’m passionate about helping others start their own journey, making smart early decisions, using equity wisely, focusing on quality assets with value‑add potential, and connecting people with trusted professionals who can assess their position and borrowing capacity.
